Cenphilian Reserve Officersโ Training Corps (ROTC) cadets ranked 2nd in the region after amassing a total of 943.04 out of 1000 points and an average rating of 94.30% in the Regional Annual Administrative Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2025.
Led by COL. Erwin Rommel P. Lamzon (MNSA) PA, the 2025 RAATI team conducted the inspection at Central Philippines State University-Main Campus last May 20.
306 CPSU Main ROTC cadets, led by CDT COL Josua T. Tapic 1CL , Corps Commander, and CPSU extension campuses cadets showcased their skills and manifested their knowledge in twelve areas earning the following scores:

University President, Dr. Aladino C. Moraca; Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Grenny I. Jungco; Vice President for Finance and Administration; Engr. Marc Alexei Caesar B. Badajos, Ph.D; National Service Training Program (NSTP) Director, Dr. Salvador C. Castor; ROTC Coordinator, Dr. Moody S. Deocares; and CPSU ROTC Commandant, CPT Fernando D. Oliveros Jr. PA, welcomed the visiting RAATI team for the tactical briefing, and led the universityโs key officials in witnessing the exemplary performance of the ROTC cadets.
Guided by band adviser, Mr. Denis D. Bilocura, the CPSU Marching Band, also joined the cadets in the field, exhibiting commendable and snappy performances; the CPSU female sponsors with their Dean, Maโam Shirley A. Calugcugan, also escorted the RAATI team and key officials in the event.
The commendable performance of the ROTC cadets as manifested by their score, average and regional standing reflects their unwavering dedicationโnot only pass the program with flying colors, but to also prepare themselves in the responsibilities that come with being ROTC cadets.
CPSU continues to shape its studentsโnot only to instill in them the heart to serve their country and fellowmen, but also to equip them with the knowledge and skills needed for service-oriented excellence.
