CPSU Hinoba-an holds Learning Resource Center groundbreaking

Amidst the howling winds and heavy downpours, Cenphilians and local leaders anticipate a future beacon of enlightenment.

The Learning Resource Center Building’s groundbreaking ceremony was held last October 24, 2024, at Central Philippines State University (CPSU) Hinoba-an Campus.

Despite the inclement weather brought on by the severe tropical storm Kristine in the province of Negros Occidental, the University’s faculty and staff, led by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Fernando D. Abello witnessed the occasion, the event marking the construction of a facility conducive to the learning endeavors of both students and personnel.

“We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the LGU of this municipality under the leadership of Mayor Reluquias, former Mayor Estrao, former campus administrator, and everyone present today. I hope that this Learning Resource Center will be instrumental in making this campus become a peaceful and progressive institution for the service and betterment of our students,” said Dr. Abello in his inspirational message.
