As a courtesy call, newly-appointed Central Philippines State University Hinigaran Campus Administrator Bella D. Supe paid respect to Hon. Congressman Atty. Emilio Bernardino “Dino” L. Yulo last February 2 at Negros Occidental’s 5th congressional district office, Isabela, Negros Occidental.

Congressman Yulo welcomed Ma’am Bella D. Supe and the team over a 6:00 am coffee and breakfast, discussing relevant programs and endeavors for CPSU’s Hinigaran campus’ benefit.

Ma’am Supe was accompanied by a team from CPSU-Main Campus including Vice President for Academic Affairs Secretary Dr. Michael M. Bacolod, Liaison for San Carlos Ms. Jasmin Sandig, and CPSU Public Information Officers, along with CPSU Hinigaran Campus’ Dean of Instruction Dr. Karla C. Salvallon.

When asked about her personal commitment to her new appointment, Ma’am Supe answered, “As the new Administrator of Central Philippines State University Hinigaran Campus, I vouch for myself for the improvement of the institution, to become one of the centers of excellence in the academe not only in the whole province of Negros Occidental but in the Philippines.”

Ma’am Supe, Assistant Professor IV, has served CPSU for 25 years—handling language and humanities courses as a faculty and as the former Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences.
