Philippine Army joins CPSU BOR administrative committee meeting

[Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, February 12, 2026]—The Philippine Army (PA) joined the Central Philippines State University (CPSU) Board of Regents Administrative Committee Meeting to strengthen collaboration on regional development initiatives.

 

BGEN Ted B Dumosmog, Brigade Commander, led the ten-member PA team with LTC Heriberto C Sangalang II, Commanding Officer of the 3IMB, Installation Management Command, in convening with CPSU key officials.

 

One of the agenda items in the committee meeting was the review of the usufruct agreement between CPSU and the 303rd Infantry Brigade concerning the land area intended for the establishment of the latter’s headquarters.

 

The CPSU team and the partner agency discussed the contents and stipulations of the usufruct agreement to accommodate the needs of both parties and help ensure the smooth implementation of the projects in the area.

 The meeting, held at the CPSU Main Campus Accreditation Office, highlighted the strong partnership between CPSU and the Philippine Army in advancing development efforts across the Negros Island Region.

 Alumni Regent and former Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Fernando D. Abello presided the meeting as the Administrative Review Committee Chair while University President Dr. Aladino C. Moraca headed the team of CPSU key officials with the Legal Office, alongside Vice President for Administration and Finance Engr. Marc Alexei Caesar B. Badajos.

 Project Development Officer Mr. Rodnel E. Moscoso and Planning Officer III Mr. Charlie Magne B. Coronel of the CPSU Planning Office, and the University’s Office of the Board Secretary, headed by Board Secretary V Mrs. Nelly N. Cabual, facilitated the event.
