Sep 30, 2025 | News

The level III re-accreditation of twelve (12) Central Philippines State University (CPSU) programs was officially confirmed by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP).

CPSU’s Master of Arts in Education (MAED) majors in English, Filipino, Mathematics, Early Childhood Education, Educational Management, General Science, Social Science, and Physical Education successfully passed the re-accreditation process that was conducted virtually last October 23–25, 2023.

In addition, the university’s Bachelor of Science in Criminology (BSCrim) and Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) also met AACCUP’s Level III re-accreditation standards, as demonstrated in the virtual accreditation conducted last December 13-15, 2023.

AACCUP has cascaded the re-accreditation results to the university last September 24, 2025.

These academic milestones reflect CPSU’s commitment to delivering quality education and standard-exceeding service to its clientele through voluntary and continuous accreditation under the AACCUP.

The level III re-accreditation of these programs also underscores how the university strives to maintain excellence and address arising service-related areas for improvement.

The university is currently anticipating the results of the recent AACCUP survey visit conducted for its extension campuses’ undergraduate programs.

Under the leadership of the University President, Dr. Aladino C. Moraca, and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Grenny I. Jungco, CPSU’s Quality Assurance Office, headed by Director Engr. Rose Ann G. Jocson, key officials, and accreditation task forces continuously commit to propelling university standards upward and forward.
