Bolstering international opportunities for Cenphilians, Claro Vista Career Consultancy Services conducted the Student Internship Abroad Program (SIAP) at Central Philippines State University – Main Campus on September 11, 2025.

The orientation proper that transpired at the Mount Ballo Hall encompassed a focus on cross-border internship opportunities designed to elevate students’ academic, cultural, and professional development—providing them with authentic learning experiences in various fields alongside professionals across the globe.

J1 Services Agent Specialist Ms. Eliza Maturan elaborated on the SIAP and introduced potential host countries and packages available for overseas internship programs through Claro Vista Career Consultancy Services.

To motivate students to perform their best in their upcoming internships, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Grenny I. Jungco gave an inspirational message where he emphasized the significance of values in attaining success and reminded them of the impact of diligent and commendable work ethics wherever life may take them.

The activity concluded in an open forum engagement where third year and fourth year level attendees raised questions about SIAP and the agency.

International Affairs and Linkages Office Director Dr. Joe-an Mae G. Escober welcomed the attendees and highlighted the university’s efforts in improving its student mobility, which offers students learning opportunities from transnational and cross-cultural engagements.

College of Hospitality (CHM) Management Dean Dr. Sheila A. Ignacio, CHM International Affairs Coordinator Ms. Daryl Faith C. Bacolod, and all CHM faculty members were also present during the event in support of elevating student mobility and opening more doors for Cenphilians in the world of employment.
